Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns and/or refunds will only be processed in cases of poor product quality or when an incorrect or different itemfrom the one purchased is shipped.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please, in case of a product return, only send it to the address we confirm.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued in your favor.


Items on Sale (Where Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (Where Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@milolita.com and wait for our response.


Shipping

Please, in case of a product return, only send it to the address we confirm.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required to receive an exchanged product may vary.


Important: No Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Size Selection

Hats are non-returnable and non-refundable due to incorrect size selection. Please make sure to check the sizing guide carefully before making your purchase.
